Tom’s executive experience spans across many industries including retail management, product management, distribution logistics, mortgage, finance, small business ownership, franchise operations, Real Estate, and mergers & acquisitions. Tom is a licensed Real Estate Broker and Certified Middle-Market Business Intermediary. After several years in retail management, Tom held an executive position with a top Powersports Aftermarket Distributorship in the mid 1990s which provides the foundation of specific industry knowledge necessary to service the Powersports Industry vertical. During this tenure, Tom negotiated multi-million dollar purchase orders with many of the Powersports Industry’s top manufacturers. Tom also interfaced extensively with the sales team and dealership customer base. He then moved on to a Fortune 500 Mortgage firm now owned by Bank of America as a specialist in new construction lending. Tom achieved significant success in this role and it allowed him to further develop financial expertise in debt lending involved in new construction projects. Tom’s true passion is for entrepreneurship which is ever present in Dealership Industries. Tom began his own franchised business in the late 1990s which led to participating in franchise sales and eventually larger mergers & acquisitions. It was not long before his zeal for entrepreneurship led him back to the Powersports Industry in the role of mergers and acquisitions. Tom’s professional success and well-rounded experience transcends the skills necessary for successful M&A transactions which drive the Powersports Listings Mergers & Acquisitions firm.
